Several advices to correctly play with the inflatable stand up paddle board. Don’t use abrasive soap. You don’t need to use soap every time, a freshwater rinse and towel down go a long way. However, it doesn’t hurt to clean your board with soap every now and again. If you do decide to use soap, check your manufacturer’s recommendations to make sure you’re graphics stay bright. If nothing specific is suggested look for something without any harsh chemicals. Marine supply shops usually carry several options that work well with iSUPs or you may have non-abrasive Castile soap on hand. If you’re still unsure about the soap you’re using, simply test it on a small section of the SUP and then check the results.

During the summer months on a warm body of water, most people choose to wear some combination of a swimsuit, board shorts, and a short- or long-sleeved rash guard for sun protection. For cool conditions where hypothermia is a concern, wear a wetsuit or dry suit. Typically sold separately, a leash tethers your inflatable SUP to you, keeping it close by if you fall off. Your inflatable SUP is a large flotation device, so being attached to it can be important for your safety. There are leashes designed specifically for surf, flat water and rivers, be sure to purchase the correct one for your intended use. Inflatable SUP is an outdoor activity and being protected from the sun’s harmful rays is important. Wear sunscreen, sunglasses (we recommend polarised lenses) and sun-protective clothing.

Stamina: Sometimes every day tasks just seem too hard. They use too much energy, take too much effort and use too much muscle power. Building up your stamina makes it easier to get through the day and get everything done. The overall effect of paddle boarding helps to build up your stamina. Strengthening your muscles will make it easier to do physical activities, while the cardio workout helps develop your endurance. Reducing stress levels is a great help with stamina too, as it gives you a clear mind work on any problems you may have. The combination of an improved cardiovascular system, stronger body and less stress, results in much more stamina.
