Premium valves supplier factory: Surge anticipating valve is indispensable for protecting pumps, pumping equipment and all applicable pipelines from dangerous pressure surges caused by rapid changes of flow velocity within a pipeline. When a power failure take place, the abrupt stopping the pump can cause dangerous surges in the system which could result in severe equipment damage. Power failure to a pump will usually result in a down surge in pressure, followed by an up surge in pressure. The surge anticipating control valve opens on the initial low pressure wave, diverting the returning high pressure wave from the system. In effect, the valve has anticipated the returning high pressure wave and is open to dissipate the damage causing surge. The surge anticipator valve will then close slowly without generating any shock. Looking for quality surge anticipating control valve, visit here today! Pressure reducing valve is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated control valve. It designed to withstand even the toughest environments. The Valve automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure, regardless of changing flow rate and/or varying inlet pressure. As the leading pressure reducing valve manufacturer, all of our water pressure reduce valve is an accurate, pilot-operated regulator capable of holding downstream pressure to a re-determined limit. When downstream pressure exceeds the pressure setting of the control pilot, the main valve and pilot valve close drip-tight. We are pressure reducing valve supplier with over 18 years experience, our pressure regulating valve has an internal port throttling plug that provides an accurate and stable response for flow and pressure regulation while simultaneously reducing noise and vibration.

Water Distribution Systems: Altitude valves are commonly used in water distribution systems to control water levels in elevated tanks or reservoirs. They ensure that the tank does not overflow or run dry by automatically adjusting the flow of water into and out of the tank. Irrigation Systems: Altitude valves play a crucial role in maintaining optimal water levels in irrigation systems. They help regulate the flow of water from storage ponds, ensuring that crops receive adequate irrigation without wasting excessive amounts of water. Fire Protection Systems: In fire protection systems, altitude valves help maintain adequate water pressure in standpipes and fire hydrants. This ensures that firefighters have sufficient access to pressurized water during emergencies.

GV-Resilient seated gate valve is a soft seal disc which is fully encapsulated with rubber. The valve is designed with new technology for light operating, no clogging and no corrosion, good resilient memory & long service life. It can be used extensively in all kinds of water supply & sewage, fire-fighting and function as a shut-off or regulating valve. Features: Newly advanced design, less operation torgue & abrasion resistance; Body & Cover are made of high grade Ductile Iron; Disc is designed with an abrasion resistant nylon guide which can help less opening or closing torgue and smooth during operation; Forged stem provide stronger stem operation and less moving parts; Disc is covered by high-grade rubber which complies with drinking water; High-tech rubber curing with precise geometry dimensions, more resilient & strong adhesive to ductile casting; The 3 O-ring stem seals are designed to prevent stem leakage. and provide replacement of the O-ring without disassambling of valve from mainline pipes; Both inside & outside are coated with epoxy resin powder; Manufacturing standard meets BS EN 1074, BS 5163, BS EN 1171; F/F (Face to Face) meets the following standard: BS EN558-1. How do Altitude Valves Work? Altitude valves play a crucial role in maintaining water levels in storage tanks, preventing overflows and ensuring a steady supply. But how exactly do these valves work their magic? At its core, an altitude valve operates based on the principle of hydrostatic pressure. When the water level in the tank drops below a certain threshold, the valve opens to allow water from the main supply to enter and replenish it. Once the desired level is reached, the valve closes again. This process is made possible by two key components: a float mechanism and a control pilot. The float mechanism senses changes in water level inside the tank and relays this information to the control pilot. The control pilot then regulates whether or not to open or close the valve based on this input.

The valve is made of DI body and DI disc; Advanced newly design with dovetail seal design and captured by epoxy on the back, with multiple raised ring to have more contact with disc but less friction during closure; The double eccentric design provides less contact area of seal with disc, and less stress at the open position of the disc; The disc design with arch shape and thru disc can provide better flow capacity, stronger and less weight . The shaft and disc connection with tangential pin which can be exchangeable and provide rigid connection; The DN 100-500MM use flat disc, and DN 600-1200MM use arch shape disc; Epoxy coated interior and exterior; Valve design meets or exceeds EN 593; Top flange connection meets ISO 5211-1982, and F/F meets EN 558-1 series 13 & 14.
